What to do If you are Inadmissible

If you have a valid reason to travel to Canada that is justified under the circumstances you may be eligible for a Temporary Resident Permit.

To be eligible for a Temporary Resident Permit, your need to enter or stay in Canada must outweigh the health or safety risks to Canadian Society as determined by an immigration or border services officer. Even if the reason you are inadmissible seems minor, you must demonstrate that your visit is justified.

There is no guarantee that your TPR application will be successful. If you feel your entry to Canada is necessary, it may be in your best interest to retain a lawyer. A Canadian Immigration Lawyer can assist you in ensuring you put your best foot forward and increase your chances of obtaining your TPR. You will need to gather evidence and to advocate as to why and how you meet the TPR criteria.

Baghbani Law team can assist you with your TPR application. We will guide you through the process and advocate on your behalf. You can contact us at 905.237.7721 or schedule a call with one of our lawyers.
